What is the iLovePrepaid card, and how does it work? |

The iLovePrepaid card is an innovative payment system that allows you to access online content by paying for it offline. The cards are available in 12 languages around the world and are sold by various international distributors.
Inside the card is a 12 digit PIN number that the user activates on the iLovePrepaid website. Once this PIN number is activated the user has access to the website of his choice for 20 days starting from the day of activation.
Once the card’s time limit has expired the access is cut and the user must buy another card from the place of purchase.

Is this method of payment secure? |

Yes, it is possibly the MOST secure payment method for accessing online content since there is no personal information required, nor is there any credit card numbers that are sent over the internet. The payment of the card takes place completely outside of the internet! The only information the user may choose to disclose is an email address in case he looses his card or PIN number, however this is not obligatory. |

After I enter my PIN number in the “Activate your prepaid card” box and click “Activate” what can I expect? |

You will be brought to a page where you can select the site you want to access. There will be an icon of the site and a short description of what you can expect to see inside. Once you choose the site you want access to you will be asked to enter your email if you choose. This is only asked for in case you loose your iLovePrepaid card or your PIN number. If that were to happen and you HAD entered your email address when you activated it in the first place all you would have to do is re-enter it in the box located in the 'contact us' page, and we could send your PIN to you. If you decided at the time not to enter it, then we unfortunately won’t be able to do anything for you if you loose your PIN.
After that step is complete you will be given access to the site that you have chosen. The total activation of the card can take up to 10 minutes in total before you access the actual members section but should not exceed that.
Once you are inside the members section you will be able to access all the videos, photos, live webcam shows, stories and games. There is a help area inside the members section should you experience any problems with any of the services or have questions. |

Make sure you're running the most modern, up to date browser, and any problems should go away. For the PC we support IE 6, and for the mac we support safari. Other browsers we support: mozilla 1.4 and above, and netscape 7.0 and above. IE 5 (and above) is supported on older macs and PCs. If you're using any other browser, expect to have problems using the site. |
